Some fucking tips on what to do if your workplace is held up

A lot of the places around my area are getting held up, and on Brad’s birthday my coworker had some really sketchy shit go down in the store with some huge guy on a harley screaming for everyone to get out of the store and he made my coworker make his sandwich while being super degrading and misogynistic and fucking insane SO Without further ado:

REMEMBER IF SOMEONE HOLDS UP YOUR STORE:

It is very important to stay calm. 

you should be focused on only one thing: cooperating with the robber and getting him out of your store as quickly as possible. You may even want to say something like “I’m going to cooperate and do whatever you say.”

If some dumpass comes burst in the store and starts screaming about some bullshit about how he wants all the money in the drawer or he’s gonna fuck some shit up, do this:

1) Raise your hands up, palms facing out to about head level.

2) Take one step back and look straight down at your feet, not at the robber.

This is critical, so many people just stare straight at the robber like a dumbass and they wonder why they get shot.

BUT if possible, notice details to aid you in describing them and their mannerisms. Note age, weight, height, clothing, tattoos or scars.

3) Don’t argue or fight with the robber. Any amount of money is not worth personal injury. Do not antagonize them either, Jesus fuck.

And that leads us to the number one rule: Whether you see a weapon or not never try to be a hero.

Give them what they want, get them out of there, they will usually leave once they have what they want. once they’re gone, kick everyone out, lock the store down, and call 911. wait for cops.
